Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your item. If 7 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us with clear photos of the defect/damage.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, we begin processing and dispatching your order, and cancellations may not be possible.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
