Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Updates:
You will receive updates via email, WhatsApp, or phone in case of:

• Any significant delay

• Out-of-stock items

• Split shipments (some items may arrive separately)

🌍 International Shipping

Delivery Time:
International orders are usually delivered within 8–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Import Duties & Taxes:
All customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applicable in the destination country are to be borne by the customer. Shoppearts is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

📦 Customer Complaint Policy

To ensure we can resolve any issues promptly:

• Damages or product issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Kindly share clear images or videos of the product along with your order number.

• Complaints raised after 48 hours from delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Upon verification, we will take appropriate action to resolve the issue—either through a replacement or other applicable resolution.
